Your satisfaction with our product and service is
the mainstay of our business. If you are not completely satisfied with any
purchase, simply return it. |
How long does it take to receive my order? – The
length of time it takes to receive your order depends on the method of shipment
and its destination. We ship most orders within one or two business days from
the time of order, allowing two extra business days for rings that require
sizing. Delivery to any address within the Continental U.S. usually takes from
two to seven business days to reach its destination. We ship each package using
the most secure carrier available. Depending upon product and destination, we
may use UPS, Federal Express, or the U.S. Postal Service. Should you require an
item immediately, send us an email and we will do everything possible to
fulfill your request.
What is your return policy? – If you return the
item in its original condition within 90 days, you will receive a full refund,
less shipping costs, issued in the same tender as the original purchase.
If the item you are returning was given as a gift, you will receive Borsheim’s
store credit. You may use this credit at any time to purchase the item of your
choosing.
To return an item, simply complete the merchandise return form included with
your package. In the absence of this form, please make sure to include your
name, address, daytime phone number or email address and your original form of

Please return your package using your carrier of choice. Borsheim’s recommends
using USPS Registered Mail or Federal Express Overnight services. Please send
the package to us fully insured for the purchase price.

In the unlikely event we process your order incorrectly or your item was
damaged in shipment, we will gladly take back the item and exchange it for
another, or return your item and credit you the full amount of the purchase. If

for procedures on returning the item. Damaged items require the original
packaging.
How come I am not being charged for sales tax? –
Borsheims.com collects sales tax for items being shipped to Nebraska addresses.
Borsheims does not have a presence in any other state and is not authorized to
collect any other state's sales tax.
